Quick Update 5/6/11

The construction of the heater box is finishing up the design phase and will enter the go get pieces of metal phase shortly!
Then testing will commence, we are serious about this whole meat thing guys so the pitmaster is putting some serious thought into making the 900 a totally viable cooking device. We've kicked some ideas around about how to keep an eye on meat temperatures, from a thermometer on the dash up to a readout on the side of the door. Prioritizing is key though, so working on getting the car race ready is higher on the list. Low 'n slow is how we roll!
Also, we have put our application up for review to the LeMons team, and picked a number. We'll discuss that stuff later. In a week or two we are going to go get the car measured for the ROLL CAGE so be prepared for the "sparks everywhere obligatory welding video" shortly. Cheers!
